The house Il Sogno del Sud was completely renovated and equipped in 2022 for turnkey occupation. The guiding idea is a base station suitable for summer and winter, near the spectacular Lago di Bolsena, which allows an active lifestyle and regular excursions. Swimming, horseback riding or cycling are particularly in focus. Neither the sea nor Rome are far away and the historical places in the area have a lot to offer. The historic village of Latera, in the Viterbo province of Lazio, is picturesquely situated on the hillside and is characterized by its almost ideal location and its commitment to quality of life. It is one of the founders of the regional biodistrict, which is mainly characterized by the cultivation of olives. Wine-growing is more strongly represented towards Tuscany, which begins just a few minutes further north-west.
